Amen. In my next lifetime I am coming back as a dog, or a cat, or a horse.
Still, the poppies are beautiful. Just what they represent isn't. Marian, I have the poppy print by Georgia O'Keefe over my bed.

See, this is what the most marvellous monstrosity does to being: it projects its own monstrosity onto and judges. Harmless poppies, for instance. - Georgia O'Keeffe's work is marvellous. Just marvellous.
